Ms. Foreman, who was born in Bellingham, died Tuesday.  She was a resident of Spokane.

Ms. Foreman moved with her family to Spokane in 1954 and graduated from Mead High School in 1966.

She was employed as the dairy manager at Wilcox Farms in Yelm, Wash., from 1979 to 1989.  She later worked for Quest Diagnostics in Seattle as a sales representative.

She returned to Spokane in 1996.

Ms. Foreman was a member of the Colbert Chapel.

Survivors include two sons, Scott Foreman of Spokane and Derek Foreman of Chewelah, Wash.: her mother, Eva Pace of Colbert: two brothers, Robert Pace of Longview, Wash., and Edward Pace of Quincy, Wash.: three sisters, Lorene Chavis of Colbert, Linda Bundy of Seattle and Sherry Brock of Deer Park: and three grandchildren.
